We regret to inform you that all purchases made at LIBERTINE are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be swapped/amended or cancelled. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any products. 

Please note that the color, trim or fabric of your product may vary slightly from the product displayed online as all our products are made-to-order and hand-crafted. Your gown may have marks and imperfections not displayed in imagery. By accepting and purchasing your gown you acknowledge that your gown will likely have small faults.
