Terms and Conditions for The Collection Luxury Bridal Shop

•⁠  ⁠In-store exchanges or transactions will not be accommodated.

•⁠  ⁠Customers requesting exchanges must initiate the process through The Collection online shop within the specified timeframe.

•⁠  ⁠The Collection reserves the right to manage all aspects of the exchange process online.


 3.⁠ ⁠Return Procedure:

•⁠  ⁠To request an exchange, customers must follow the designated return procedure outlined on The Collection online shop platform.

•⁠  ⁠Detailed instructions for returning products will be provided upon exchange request submission.


 4.⁠ ⁠Verification of Condition:

•⁠  ⁠The Collection will verify the condition of returned products based on pre-shipping photographs available on The Collection online shop platform.


•⁠  ⁠Exchanges will be processed upon confirmation that the products meet the required condition standards.


 5.⁠ ⁠Communication:

•⁠  ⁠All communications regarding exchanges, including approval status and next steps, will be conducted through The Collection online shop messaging system or via email.

•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for checking their The Collection online shop account and email for exchange updates.


 6.⁠ ⁠Exchange Collection:

•⁠  ⁠All products intended for exchange must be collected by DHL for return shipment to The Collection.

•⁠  ⁠Customers are required to schedule the DHL collection for the return of products within 24 hours of the items' arrival at their designated location.


 7.⁠ ⁠Return Timeframe:

•⁠  ⁠Products must be shipped back to The Collection via DHL within 24 hours of their receipt by the customer.

•⁠  ⁠Returns initiated after the specified timeframe will not be accepted for exchange.


 8.⁠ ⁠DHL Collection Process:

•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for coordinating the DHL collection of exchange items from their location.

•⁠  ⁠Instructions for scheduling the DHL collection will be provided to customers upon exchange request approval.

9.⁠ ⁠Product Inspection:

•⁠  ⁠Upon the return of products via DHL, The Collection will inspect the items for compliance with the exchange conditions.

•⁠  ⁠Exchanges will proceed only if the returned products meet the required condition standards.


10.⁠ ⁠Late Returns:

•⁠  ⁠Products returned to The Collection after the 24-hour timeframe following their arrival will not be eligible for exchange.

•⁠  ⁠Customers are advised to adhere to the specified return timeframe to facilitate timely processing of exchange requests.
